Worst Reviewed of 2018: Den of Thieves

One of the movies I gave a bad review came out right at the top of the year. At the time, the only awful movie I had seen with my Moviepass was Downsizing, but that was December 2017 and we are now in January and Den of Thieves would make our 20th movie with Moviepass. It was after seeing this I questioned “Do I need to see EVERYTHING?” I would never really answer myself at this point. However I would go one to write about it and post immediately. Im still surprised when I hear someone say they thought this was a good movie. Sometimes it makes me wonder if I should give it another viewing and upon reading my review of it, I think Ill stay right here.

Having said all that, I try to find the good in everything and as youll read, I found things in this that were even great. I may have a different opinion of this movie if maybe it was advertised to me different. I just remember my first thoughts as the credits rolled were “...aw c’mon…”
Im thankful to say that Den of Thieves was not the worst movie I saw in 2018. That post is to come later in the month.
