MoviePass Customer Service is Up!
Thursday morning, the tweets went out that MoviePass has finally opened up the phones to those in dire need of help. Just a very quick thumbs up to the team at MoviePass for organizing and upgrading their customer support. While you will still see the “Where is my card?” tweets I highlighted in an earlier blog, hopefully we’ll start seeing “billing issue has been resolved, thank you” and “got my card and loving it” tweets starting to post and multiply. As observed by everyone with a pair of eyeballs, you would say this was overdue, but you have to take into account the growth was just that large.
Better late than never I guess. Good luck MoviePass Customer Service Team, you have a lot to deal with. But keep this forward momentum going Mitch Lowe, youll be up to 4 million subscribers by the time Disneys A Wrinkle in Time debuts.
